nvm.. it was my turn! she scooped up a scoop of donno simi kind of ice cream.. (well.. i got a regular size and it was damn small portion still..) nvm... so she proceed to place it on the cold pan? and then with all her might... tried to flatten the ball of ice cream.. then the "show" begins.. she took 1/5 of a banana? chopped it up (half-f*** done also) and placed in on my ice-cream (remember now my icecream is relatively flat already?) then she took the whip cream and squeeze it onto the banana... then reach for a chocolate sauce and DRIP some all over the whip cream... and proceed to SCOOP IT UP INTO MY BOWL....

whose brillant idea was it to go thru so much hassel only to serve me a softie? or isiz a ice cream shake i see before me?

I think she could have just scooped that punny scoop of ice cream into my bowl.. dumped the bananas in and throw in the chocolate sauce and whip cream.. why bother with the cold pan? when it doesnt do any good to the ice cream?! for your info.. wat you see in the last pic was taken right after i took over the bowl from the server's? hands... and yeah.. ice cream like nua until donno wat le...

i didnt complain on the spot because they totally pissed me off again before i could give my feedback! we wanted to try abit of that donno simi spicy-something icecream... (you know how most icecream palour will like use a icecream stick and scoop some of it for you to try?) okay.. understandable the server? cant make the decision to allow that.. so she asked the supervisor? to come.. thanks so much.. she cant speak english.. argh.. and she refused to let us try.. not cox of company's policy or wat not k.. she say "it will not go well with what we have ordered..." err.. forget it...

this would have cost $7.70 on normal days.. BUT THEN! even the pre-opening 20% discount didnt do any justice to it..

sorry im pissed with such service and quality of food. do something about it.
