When we bought these pussy willows (what an awesome name for CNY right?)... they look dull and to a certain extend - lifeless. To make it "flower" (ya.. they do grow to become like caterpillars but supposedly the more it "flower" the more HUAT it is~) we have the change the water in the vase regularly and then constantly add ice to it...

And then what happens after CNY? it has done its job.. it bloomed and its time to go because CNY is over... we dump it... =(

Just look at our everyday life... there are certain things we really cherish in life... we do so much to make it right... we put in so much effort and make as much sacrifices as well... and when the time is up... its goodbye...

Cliche as it may sound.. The Only Constant Is Change...

We take the pussy willows out of our house before CNY is over... the season has changed... we throw things away before we no longer like it... but what about people? They are something with feelings and it sucks that relationships gotta change..

Why cant we lock ourselves up in some sort of system whereby A+B=(A+B)? Why is there always a possibility that A+B might be (A+B) only if A>B or B>A or A>0 and the list goes on... full of terms and conditions ya? irritating.

I long for relationships (be it friends or with my partner) that will never change. But changes are inevitable... hey~ why cant relationships just grow stronger? why does it have to falter?

Will another set of problem arise if a relationships are ever smooth sailing? yes.
